Refund policy

This store is operated by Excelsior Ventures under the brand a/part.

Made to order

Every a/part piece is printed to order for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or fit. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. To help us verify the issue quickly:

• Email hello@apartwear.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
• Include a continuous, unedited unboxing video that starts before the package is opened and clearly shows the issue.

Requests without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible, as we cannot otherwise verify the item's condition on arrival.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled by emailing us within 12 hours of placing them, before they go into production.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
