Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases on apartwear.in, operated by Excelsior Ventures under the brand a/part. By placing an order you agree to them and to our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.
- Products. Items are printed to order. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the actual product, and minor variations in print placement are normal.
- Pricing. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout applies to your order.
- Orders. We may cancel an order in case of pricing errors, production issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
- Payment. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Intellectual property. All designs, text and images on this site belong to a/part and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Amravati, Maharashtra.
- Contact and grievances. hello@apartwear.in. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
